Ready, Set, Play: Summer Rewind 2025

As temperatures get cooler and leaves begin to fall, we can’t help but reminisce on this past summer with incredibly full and grateful hearts. Summer 2025 was one of life-changing, forever-difference-making fun for campers, families, and staff. This summer we also got to celebrate the 10th Summer of Camp at Cleveland! We can’t reverse time and do it again, but we can press play on our summer rewind!

It was a summer of journeying into the Uncharted…

Over the last few months, we explored our theme Uncharted as we dove into Matthew 4:19-20 which says “Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.” At once they left their nets and followed him.” This summer, we invited Campers to dive into the depths of God’s unwavering faithfulness, as seen through the life of Peter. Just as Peter followed Jesus with trust and courage, we’ll discover that the uncharted waters of our future are known and navigated by the One who created them.

Campers learned these truths over the course of their week:

• God is faithful to invite me in, so now I can follow him.
• God is faithful to be with me, both in calm and stormy seas.
• God is faithful through the cross, to restore what was lost.
• God is faithful to make me bold, so his story can be told.

We were honored to serve over 26,000 campers in 22 states and 3 countries. Over the course of 9 weeks, we had over to 1,400 campers make new decisions about their relationship with Jesus. And there’s nothing else in this summer rewind that’s worth celebrating more than THAT! ✝️

Speaking of our camp theme — as always, we had epic music written specifically for exploring our daily truths (not to mention some top-notch dance moves to go with it.) You can keep jamming out to the “Uncharted” and “You Are Faithful” all year long on Spotify, Apple Music, or wherever you stream music!

It wasn’t just campers having all the fun either! Our Summer Staff also camp’d their hearts out this summer!

And if Campers and Staff having fun wasn’t enough, PARENTS also got in on the action at WinShape Camps for Families!

This summer we were joined by a total of 203 families at WinShape Camps for Families at Cohutta Springs, in the stunning North Georgia mountains. These 3-day and one-week getaways are crafted for the kids, and the kids at heart. ❤️ Yes, you heard that right, for the third time in WinShape Camps for Families history, families were able to join us for a full week of epic adventure!

We also got to celebrate the 10th Summer at WinShape Camps for Boys at Cleveland, all summer long!

2025 was a big year at WinShape as we turned the page to our 10th Summer of Camp at Cleveland. That’s a decade of laughter, fun, adventure, and squad competition! While we’ve hosted thousands of Campers at our Cleveland Boys location, our story is just getting started. Happy Anniversary Cleveland!

A Summer Rewind to Remember…

All in all, this summer was one for the record books. It was full of big-time, over-the-top moments that God used in spectacular ways to make a difference in thousands of lives. We’re forever grateful to parents, campers, and our Summer Staff who make up the WinShape Nation! We now find ourselves in a time of rest, but we’re already thinking about next summer!
