If you haven't heard, WinShape Camps for Boys at Cleveland specializes in big-time, over-the-top moments. One of the ways we make your camper's experience spectacular is with our Camp-Wide Events! Made fresh-to-order each summer, these events happen every night of camp and will be some of the moments your camper won't stop talking about. Below, you'll find out what camp-wide events we're doing this summer so you can make sure you pack everything your camper might need.

Opening Show
WELCOME TO CAMP! We want you guys to “get your game on” with an exciting night filled with stage games, silly videos, the chance to say hello to some of the most exciting, creative, and fun-loving people you could meet as we chronicle through camp. Of course, we’ll have a few guidelines to ensure we all have a safe and fun experience while at WinShape, but we know everyone will have a blast as we start the Session off right! What to Wear: Whatever you wore as you arrived at camp.
Induction Ceremony
Blaze, Hydro, and Quake. Three ancient Squads from centuries past. While they come together each summer to battle for control of the WinShape Kingdom, their ties run deep. At our Induction Ceremony, only those receiving their Squad or who are active members are welcome. We’ll have the chance to share the legend behind how our Squads were formed and then allow first-time campers the opportunity to be inducted. What to Wear: We encourage campers and staff to wear their Squad colors! Red & Yellow for Blaze, Blue & Silver for Hydro, and Green & Brown for Quake. There will be plenty of Squad SWAG that you can grab from the Camp Store during Check-in on Spectacular Starting Sunday!
Rocket Rendezvous (Jr. Camp Only)
WinShape must get to the moon before an evil criminal steals it! But before they can go anywhere in outer space, they must build a rocket! Campers will complete a list of challenging tasks to collect pieces for their rocket. Once everyone has their pieces, campers will learn from the wisest astronaut in the WinShape Nation on how to build their rocket. Once construction is complete, they will put it to the test and attempt to reach the moon. 3, 2, 1 BLAST OFF! What to Wear: Scientist lab coat, favorite NASA t-shirt, or something in-between. Closed-toed shoes are required for this fun Jr. Camp event.
The Dapper Games (Sr. Camp Only
It’s time to suit up and clean up because the competition is about to begin. Get ready for games like Jeopardy, The Price is Right, and Wheel of Fortune. Not only is their competition for some interesting prizes, but campers are coming to the show dressed to impress. It will be a night of fun, friendly, sophisticated competition. Only the smartest, and most dapper contestants will come out on top. What to Wear: Thrifted blazer, vest, suspenders, bowtie, hat, etc.
Ignite
On this night, we’ll be guided by the lighthouse. What's lost will be found as we journey to the shore of God’s faithful love. What to Wear: Whatever you wore that day!
Block Party
Cleveland is gonna start their week off with a bang – a night full of music, dancing, games and great snacks. It will be the ultimate Cleveland Block Party. A perfect way to ensure campers that they are in a Summer in a Lifetime. Three different stages and DJs for music of your choice, and when your feet get tired, feel free to grab a drink, a snack, play some games, and head right back singing and dancing your heart out! What to Wear: Campers can come dressed in their Squad colors!
Squad Wars
All week the three Squads of the WinShape Kingdom have been competing in our Daily Challenges, and now we get to join in one final battle for it all – SQUAD WARS! Join the rest of your brothers from the Squad you call home as you defend your base and try to take down the opposing Squads with sawdust-filled socks. As a camp favorite, you won’t want to miss this night! What to Wear: Campers can come dressed in their Squad colors! (Make sure to check-out our Pinterest Boards for some inspiration.)
BoSkies
The culmination of a week-long competition for the SQUAD CUP! This event is full of awards and celebrations and the reveal of the Squad Cup winners that will reign over the WinShape Kingdom!What to Wear: Campers can come dressed in their Squad colors!
