Making parking lots fun since 1985

While the tradition never truly ended at some of our camp locations, after years of being unofficial, a fews year ago we decided to make this Raving Fan Parking Lot (RFPL) competition OFFICIAL! This summer, RFPL is coming back to camp locations all over the country! Grab those streamers, prep that window paint, and get ready to show off your camp spirit! 🥳

Raving Fan Parking Lot at Overnight Camps

We don’t call it Spectacular Starting Sunday for nothing! Parents — this is your opportunity to jump in on some of the camp fun. Each Sunday at drop-off we will be looking out for some of the best-decorated cars. Pull out your road-trippy props to prepare for our Road Trip theme! 🚌 📍You don’t have to rent a VW camper van before you pull up to camp (although, that would be COOL!) Or maybe you’ll go ALL OUT with red, green, blue, or whatever color represents your campers club/squad/village/pack/legacy. Know any camp songs? Paint the lyrics on your windows. We can’t wait to see just how “raving” of a fan you can be!

Raving Fan Parking Lot at Day Camps

Instead of kicking off the week with Raving Fan fun, at WinShape Camps for Communities, we end the week with a bang! Join us on Friday Family Fun Day with your decorated car where your camper can put any energy they have left into repping their Village or the camp theme on their ride in on the last day!

The Prize

Everyone who participates in the Raving Fan Parking Lot will receive a little thank you for participating. But even better, all of our participants will be entered into a drawing for our GRAND PRIZE of a Ooni Koda Gas Outdoor Pizza Oven, valued at $599! Winner will be announced on August 7th.
