Introducing the 2024 Theme
At WinShape Camps, we are committed to serving our campers and their families through every aspect of camp; and our camp theme is no exception! By the time campers show up for camp one summer, we are already well on our way to planning an amazing camp theme for the next summer.
This preparation happens through a team of WinShape Camps full-time staff members from all different camp programs. As we plan for each summer’s theme, we FIRST seek the Lord for our ultimate leadership. We ask for His guidance as we select a theme that will be relevant, powerful, and engaging. Our goal is to meet campers and families where they are and show them something in God’s word that can impact their life for the good!
For summer 2024, we hope that camper’s eyes, ears, and hearts are opened to the GREATEST, most LIFE-CHANGING story ever told – God’s story – and where we can find ourselves in it. (Col 1:16-17)
Once Upon a Time…
WHAT IF the story of your life can be more than your average day of schedules, fears, and busyness? What if there is a bigger story happening all around you? A story about the whole world. . . including you. A story of darkness and light, disappointment and hope, destruction and restoration. A story of broken perfection. . . and the plan to fix it. At its core, a story full of wonder.
That story of wonder exists. It is God’s amazing story for the world. In Him, the whole story is held together and from Him comes the light, hope, and restoration. And a special part has been written for each of us, even you. In fact, you’re in the story already.
Colossians 1:16,17 says: “For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together.” Join us at WinShape Camp in 2024 as we explore God’s story full of wonder and find our places in it.
