New Year, New Chances to Win Big!
2024 has arrived and we have officially set our sights on summer as we gear up for another EPIC camp season. Here at WinShape, we create some spectacular competitions and games that give campers a chance to win big during the summer. However, we don’t want to leave the grown-ups out. They deserve a chance to win big too! That’s why we’ve held our Finish Form Friday Sweepstakes for the last several years, and we’re doing it even bigger and better in 2024!
What is it?
We know getting all of your forms completed for camp can feel like a big task — one that deserves a celebration. That’s just what we’re going to do! Registered overnight camper families who have completed their 2024 forms (Registration + CampDoc Health Profile) by the last Friday of each month will be entered in to win a prize from our monthly drawing as a part of our Finish Forms Friday Sweepstakes.
What’s new?
In previous years, we’ve given away a prize by randomly selecting a completed profile at the end of February. This year, we’re raising the bar! At the end of each month leading up to the deadline, we’ll be doing a giveaway for a different prize. That’s four total prizes!
- January: Solo Stove Bonfire ($250 value)
- February: Yeti M12 Backpack Cooler ($275 value)
- March: Ooni Kara 12 Outdoor Pizza Oven ($299 value)
- April: Three Day, Two Night WinShape Family Camp Experience ($999 value)
How do I win?
It’s simple — have your registration and CampDoc Health Profile completed by the last Friday of each month. (January 26th, February 23rd, March 29th and April 26th) This means if you complete all of your forms by the first Friday in January, you have a chance to win each month!
The drawings will take place in the weeks following each deadline and we’ll communicate individually with the winners!

Why give prizes for completing required forms?
Our Healthcare Team aims to provide next-level care for every camper who joins us at WinShape Camps. As part of these efforts, each camper Health Profile goes through a two-step review process. We ask all of our families to partner with us to complete their camper’s Health Profile as soon as possible to give us the time needed to review!
While we’re on the subject, it’s important to note we’re making one important change in 2024. As in the past, all camper Health Profiles need to be completed by May 1st, 2024. New this year, campers who have incomplete profiles after May 1st will be moved to the waitlist, and their spot will be offered to another camper. A $35 dollar fee will no longer be charged for late profiles.
