Family Camp Registration, delayed to January 12th!
Helloooo WinShape Nation! Earlier this week we sent an email letting you know registration for our Summer 2022 experiences at WinShape Camps for Families at Cohutta Springs would open today (December 15th). Late last night as our developer team was working to deploy our bright and shiny new registration system, they found a pesky bug. Our team has been building and testing this system for months to make sure every part of your WinShape experience is top-notch. Due to the type of error we have found, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to delay registration until January 12th.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused as we make sure everything is working up to our standards and is smooth and easy for anyone registering. While this is an unfortunate delay, we have some incredibly exciting plans for Family Camps in 2022 including the registration system. The new system will:
- Be connected to your Overnight Camps accounts
- Allow for deposits and payment plans instead of requiring full payments
- Streamline communications leading up to camp
- Allow for opening registration earlier in the year
Registration is now set to launch on January 12th at 9am E.T. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
