Reinvent continuously – This is just one piece of Chick-fil-A’s 5-step model of servant leadership created by Mark Miller and Ken Blanchard. It’s one we take very seriously around here at WinShape Camps. We are constantly looking for ways to make our camp experience better, for parents and campers alike! We devote weeks and weeks to brainstorming for the summer-coming up with new activities, themes, games, skills and devotions to ensure your camper has “The Summer of a Lifetime!” But the summer is not the only time of the year we want you and your family to enjoy camp. We desire for every interaction that people have with us to be a positive one-whether that is when you drop your child off at camp for the very first time, or talk to a member of our Customer Care Team on the phone, or visit our website. Our hope is that everything we do would reflect our heart as a ministry and show our commitment to serving people.
