Super Bowl Sundae Bites Recipe

Super Bowl Sunday is FINALLY here! For any diehard football fan, this day is the culmination of an entire season of investment and excitement — so a celebration is a must! No Super Bowl party is complete without snacks. While many snack tables are lined with an array of chips, dips, and other savory options, many miss the mark when it comes to something for those with a sweet tooth. Enter Super Bowl Sundae bites.

These football-inspired mini sundaes are the perfect addition to any snack table! You only need four ingredients and roughly 3 hours to prep and make these delicious delicious dessert bites. What you’ll need:
  • Ice Cream
  • Baking Chocolate
  • Toppings of your choice (we used sprinkles and mini Oreos)
  • White Icing
  • Baking Sheet
  • Cupcake Wrappers
Make them:
  • Mix the toppings of your choice into your ice cream in a medium mixing bowl
  • Scoop individual scoops of ice cream onto a cookie sheet, forming scoops into small spheres
  • Place ice cream scoops into the freezer for 1 hr.
  • Begin melting your bakers chocolate in a separate bowl
  • Once your ice cream scoops are frozen solid, remove from freezer and use a fork to dip ice cream scoops into melted chocolate.
  • Place individual scoops into cupcake wrappers and return to freezer to harden for 20 minutes
  • Remove from freezer and use icing to draw football stitches or other team-related designs
  • Enjoy!

We hope that no matter who you are cheering for this Super Bowl Sunday, that you enjoy time spent with friends and family!
